How we do it

Ten steps, the same careful order on every vehicle, in your driveway.

  1. Step 1

    We meet at your door

    A quick hello, a walk through what's about to happen, and your keys. That's all we need from you.

  2. Step 2

    Everything laid out clean

    Our equipment comes out organized, and we clean up as we go. Your driveway looks the same when we leave.

  3. Step 3

    Up on the ramps

    Our own custom safety ramps are lined up to your tires and your vehicle is driven up slowly. Hood up, oil cap and dipstick out so the engine can breathe and drain fully.

  4. Step 4

    Drained without a mess

    A mat goes under the vehicle, a catch jug under the pan, and the drain plug comes out carefully. The old oil goes where it should and nowhere else.

  5. Step 5

    A new filter, seated right

    While the oil drains, the old filter comes off and the mounting surface is cleaned. The new filter goes on with a fresh o-ring when it takes one, snug the way it should be.

  6. Step 6

    Torqued to spec

    The drain plug gets a new washer or o-ring when it takes one and is torqued to your manufacturer's exact number in Newton-meters. Then the pan and filter area are cleaned up.

  7. Step 7

    Filled in two stages

    Half of the oil goes in first. After a couple of minutes we check underneath for leaks, then fill to the exact amount your engine calls for.

  8. Step 8

    Started and checked

    Engine on, a second look for leaks, and the dipstick read to confirm the level is right.

  9. Step 9

    Off the ramps, clean up, then the vacuum

    Your vehicle comes back down and everything we brought gets packed up and cleaned. Your old oil and filter leave with us and are disposed of properly. Then we vacuum the floors and seats. On the house, every visit.

  10. Step 10

    The finishing touches

    A service sticker on your dash, your maintenance reminder reset, and the service logged to CARFAX by the end of the day.
